Little Corella - Native to Australia
Their shriek can be ear piercing. I hear them before I see them. These little corellas that are part of the cockatoo family dart and swing from the palms. They are busy...and trying to break off parts or feeding - I haven't worked out which. And they are playful. Hanging upside down and spinning around. They are happy to look me right in the eye and give me a little nod. It makes me smile.
