SHIPPING POLICY

We know you are excited to receive your artwork as quickly as possible.

We aim for your order to be underway within 24 hours of payment being received. 

Australian orders can expect delivery within 2 weeks or less. We aim for overseas deliveries to arrive within 4 weeks. Depending on your location, some may take a little longer.

With COVID reduced travel and restrictions there may be some slight delays. Thanks for your understanding.

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Our aim is for complete Client happiness in the purchase of your photographic print.

Your photographic art image has been printed with the highest quality materials, standards and care. In the unlikely event that you believe there is a problem with your artwork, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We require you to take a photo of the problem (you can do this on your smart phone) and e-mail it to us with a description of what you believe is the problem. We will resolve this as fast as we can so that you have your desired artwork hanging on your wall as quickly as possible.

Unpacking your artwork: Photographic Prints are highly fragile. We recommend extreme care in unpacking to ensure you do not cause damage to the print during the unpacking. We recommend you deliver the unpacked print straight to your framer to minimise handling prior to framing. 

We recommend cotton gloves be worn when unpacking and handling your photographic artwork. We take no responsibility for damage occuring during unpacking. You will need to sign a contractual disclaimer stating that there has been no damage during unpacking by yourself or anyone else handling the photographic print.

If a return is required, we recommend you both insure and send it back with delivery tracking. We cannot be responsible for any artwork that is lost or damaged upon return. Ideally you will return the piece using the shipping containers it arrived in.
