While looking for the Osprey, the contrast of this Great Egret (Heron), in the reeds caught my eye. 180 degrees to my right. It was walking among the reeds and the tide was heading out. I changed my position to see what I could capture while my feet were fast sinking in the sand. Expanding its wings, the motion plus reflection was beautiful. Full of grace. I thought it was natures ballerina. I only had moments before I sank in further I didn't know this area well and didn't want to push my luck too far with the tidal waters. I had moments to capture this image and jump back on solid sand.
